In society, social problems are complex as they are interconnected, influence, and affect each other's families' livelihoods. Nature and problems (daily wage labor, migration) influence education, which can be seen through the non-participation of parents in child education. This is true for areas like Kotra. Supporting and solving a problem in a vertical would solve an issue to a certain level, but it won’t be enough or sustainable, as the root cause of a problem in one vertical may lie in another, which is often overlooked and underestimated. Ujhala's vision is to support shaping and nurturing an empowered, compassionate, and sustainable community with equal opportunities for thriving toward a better life in society.
